Mr. Mepeni Lonwabo Patrick Kulati, popularly known as PK, is an author, speaker and an experienced transformational leader and turnaround strategist with expertise in strategic leadership, change management, stakeholder management; income diversification strategies, business planning processes, human resources management, and governance at senior leadership levels. In 2002, he was part of a crop of young leaders to develop Mt Fleur Scenarios known as SA 2020 Scenarios under the auspices of African Leadership Institute, United Nations Development Programme, and the University of the Western Cape.
PK has many qualifications including a 4-year BAEd degree (Nelson Mandela University), Honours and Masters in Public Administration degrees from Stellenbosch University, andan Internationally certified Professional Coach Course (PCC) from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business Centre of Coaching. He has led a number of high-profile international organisations working in South Africa and parts of Africa. These include serving as Africa Regional Manager at International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), Managing Director of Paraffin Safety Association of Southern Africa, CEO of Household Energy Safety Association of South Africa, CEO of Habitat for Humanity South Africa, National Director (CEO) of SOS Children’s Villages in South Africa (SOS CV SA) and currently as CEO of the New Love Life Trust.
Trained in Youth Leadership, PK is passionate about young people. He has provided key coaching sessions to many, run youth empowerment workshops and spoken on youth issues.

If they can learn to make good decisions about their lives early on, they can withstand and overcome any challenge that comes their way. Some of the worst and best decisions are made when we are young. The greatest factor about being young is that even if you make bad mistakes, you can still learn, grow and make better decisions. So youth is the best time of any person’s life.
