Doreen Kosi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a sole Black Woman Owned Company named Deekays VIP Projects (Deekays). Doreen Kosi’s company specialises in Public Policy Advisory, Consultancy, Leadership, Projects and Events Management.

Doreen Kosi has Nine (9) years of experience in the Private Sector Pharmaceutical, Alcohol & Food and Beverages Industries. She is a former Part-Time Special Public Policy Advisor at SAB AB InBev Africa Zone and former Vice President of Legal & Corporate Affairs in the same Company.
Doreen Kosi was the Executive of Group Public Affairs at Adcock Ingram between 2013 and 2017. She has over 17 years of Public Sector experience, 11 of which are Leadership and Management in The Presidency (Republic of South Africa) – Office of the Deputy President, where she served H.E. Jacob Zuma, Dr Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, Ms Baleka Mbete & H.E. Kgalema Motlanthe,respectively.

Doreen Kosi has a Master’s Degree in Public & Development Management (Wits);

Certificates: Reputation Management (Stanford University); Women in Leadership (Wits); Management Advanced Programme (Wits); Public Relations & Community Relations (PRISA); Participant in General Electric CEO’s Leadership Programme (Crouton University, US).

Currently a Leadership and Management PhD Candidate at the Global Centre for Academic Research (G-CAR). She received 2 CEO Global Awards: 2017 Africa & the SADC’s Most Influential Woman in Business and Government. She is a former Board Member of the Vusi
Mahlasela Music Development. Kosi is a Public and Motivational Speaker.
